My background is in fine arts - drawing & printmaking. I tend to keep these disciplines in mind when designing. The basic elements of art (line, shape, form, value etc)
inspire and help me visually create something engaging and purposeful. Knowing how to intersect the observation of these elements
with the disruption of them
lies my favorite type of design.
It is playful & organic, yet structured & scientific.
